Under the UNDP Trade Facilitation Project funded by the Government of Finland, a modern honey homogenizer was handed over to a honey exporter, IE Galiev. This grant is not just equipment, but an investment in the future of the Kyrgyz honey business. 🔹 Why is it important? The honey homogenizer is a key tool for improving the quality and competitiveness of the product. It helps: ✅ Eliminate crystallization and make honey homogeneous; ✅ Maintain a stable consistency for export; ✅ Meet international standards. Such initiatives strengthen the entire honey value chain - from apiary to selling honey for export. Thanks to the support of the Trade Facilitation Project, small and medium-sized entrepreneurs get a chance to enter new markets, develop production and improve working conditions.
