Bees are the main characters of our project.

And today, on World Bee Day, we speak about them with special gratitude.

Without them, there would be no honey, no harvest, and no sustainable future.

As part of the Trade Facilitation project implemented by UNDP with the support of the Government of Finland, we are building a honey value chain — from the hive to export. But it all starts with the bee.

♻️ Bees are not just “honey producers.”
They are pollinators, guardians of biodiversity, and part of the natural balance. They provide up to 80% of the yield of many crops. Without them, there would be no sustainable agriculture.

That is why in our project:
— we train beekeepers in sustainable practices,
— we support women and families in regions where beekeeping is a source of income and development,
— we preserve the health of bees, because only strong colonies produce high-quality honey,
— and we create conditions in which not only the product is valued, but also the entire chain leading to it.
