On May 14, 2025, a field day was held in the village of Aral in the Nooken district, organized by the TES Centre public foundation in conjunction with the Aral Elim agricultural cooperative. The key topic was: “Strengthening the early onion crop in the context of climate change.”
The event brought together farmers, cooperative partners, and representatives of local government and the Regional Agricultural Research Center at the farm of farmer Maksat Ibragimov.
🎯 The main goal of the field day was to demonstrate improved technologies for growing early onions, taking into account climate change, aimed at reducing phytosanitary risks.
➡️ Participants learned about improved agricultural technology for growing early onions. A lively discussion ensued on issues of adaptation to changing climatic conditions and minimising crop losses.
Participants were convinced that combining efforts and applying modern knowledge and technologies is the key to the sustainable development of the early onion value chain in our region.
