🐝🍯 New horizons for beekeepers: A unique training course on queen breeding has been completed in Osh!
From May 1 to 5, 2025, in the city of Osh, with the support of the UNDP project “Trade Facilitation,” the TES Centre successfully conducted a 5-day training course on queen breeding. This event brought together beekeepers from the Issyk-Kul, Naryn, and Osh regions, opening the door to the world of advanced technologies and great opportunities.
Theoretical and practical classes allowed participants to master all the secrets of queen bee production. Each step and each method was carefully studied under the guidance of experienced specialists, giving beekeepers invaluable experience for future success.
This training not only imparted knowledge, but also helped participants set a course for taking their honey farms to a whole new, more profitable level!
This unique opportunity was funded as part of the UNDP Trade Facilitation Project. The main goal of the project is not only to increase the potential of local beekeepers, but also to make a significant contribution to increasing exports of honey products from Kyrgyzstan.
This event was a vivid example of how joint efforts and investment in knowledge lead to real change and open up new prospects for domestic agriculture.
